The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) has moved a gear up to ensure that clients have easy access to information on customs, taxes and the Authority’s operations.

 

 

In a recent move that has been aimed  at widening the reach of the Authority to a much larger audience, a drastic increase in the use of electronic media has been adopted to complement the current publicity strategy of print publications, fliers, banners and brochures that have been distributed widely to inform clients. The air waves have been taken by storm with ZIMRA  flighting an innovative and exciting radio advert to promote the use of the ZIMRA website and also enlighten clients about bogus clearing agents. The Authority is also in the process of producing a documentary on the operations of ZIMRA which  is meant to package information about ZIMRA in a convenient and viewer friendly format.
